I have been back and forth over this so many times. I start my blog, and am so excited I could have made a list as long as my arm of things I want to blog about. I tell people, I start designing it, I ask for help making it look cool and clean and sexy.. I write two posts... and I stop. For over a month the only updating to my blog that has been done is adding to my Honey Do list, and changing the format and layout.
I read all these lovely blogs, and am enamoured with one pretty ladies' blog. She is pretty much my grown up idol, she has a hunky Hubby, 3 beautiful boy, gifted with turning GW furniture into spectacular pieces of everyday furniture. And is so eloquent and easy to read. I want her blog to be my blog.
SO I read hers as avidly as I read the entire Harry Potter series, and want to immediately run to my blog and type something inspiring! Something so adorably great that I actually give out my blog URL and let people read it.. I open the window.. and sit. And sit. I think about another vent about my father, but that's not inspiring, or about my dog - he is inspiring, but requires a lot of PIPs and I am at work with censored Internet. I get distracted and end up shopping online, or looking at clean eating recipes.
I Eat Clean. For 3 weeks at a time until I think I've done so well I deserve a reward, and eat junk for a week.. or month.. and then try to eat clean again.
So nothing gets blogged about. My Honey Do list grows, and no one finds out about my blog URL, because I have nothing fun to tell.
So I am jumping off the fence today, because Travis is now 3 months old. He is the most.gorgeous.beagle I have ever seen. Honest. And he just learned to pant! Easily the most adorable thing in the world. He ran himself so hard with Buddy last night that he was panting, and panting and panting. My puppy has bad breath.
A little farther away from the fence now... G is done school - almost. I have a boyfriend again! How do we celebrate our first homework free weekend? I'm working both days. Yippeeeeeeee!
Ok so I did it. I posted.
Inspiring, maybe?
Fulfilling, yes. One less thing I feeel I need to do because I have done it. And liked it.
ETA for the next post.. well you should know now it could be never, or it could be tomorrow!
